さて、急なお知らせとなりますが、弊社が取り引きしております PRESAGIS 社（親会社：CAE 社）より以下の通り、急遽 COTS 製品販売から撤退するとの連絡がありました。これに伴い、現在保守契約をご締結いただいているお客様への対応は、EG（Embedded Graphics）を除き親会社の CAE 社が引き継ぐこととなりました。
PRESAGIS 社製品の新規受注は令和５年７月２８日まで、保守は、既に受注している案件を除き、来年の７月末を以って終了となります。
“Dear Customer,
Following an in-depth strategic review of the CAE businesses portfolio, and after careful consideration, CAE has decided to fold certain parts of the PRESAGIS business into the parent company starting immediately, while selling the Embedded Graphics (EG) part to a third-party.
To that effect, we announce that TXT e-solutions S.p.A. (“TXT”) has entered contract negotiations to acquire the EG business from PRESAGIS. TXT is an international Group, end-to-end provider of software services and solutions to the aerospace and defense industry. We are hopeful the closing of this transaction will happen soon, but in the meantime, it is business as usual for this business segment through you regular point of contact.
The remaining elements of the PRESAGIS organization will begin integrating into our CAE parent organizations immediately.”
